Tomas was my agent when I bought a property in Shasta Lake shortly after I arrived in Shasta County. He was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I couldn't be more satisfied. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!

Tomas is one of the best and honest people my family has worked with. He will go the extra mile every time. There is no doubt we will call on him the next time we are in need of a real estate person!

Tomas worked with us to sell one home with property and buy 2 homes. We were looking for a home after Carr Fire and the Camp Fire. He tirelessly helped us find a home after months of searching. We highly recommend him as an honest and knowledgeable realtor!

I inherently view most real estate agents and brokers with skepticism, thinking they’re working more in their own best interest than in mine. But I’ve learned to feel quite the opposite about Tomas.

My wife and I have done several (I think eight) real estate transactions through him over the years. More than once he’s offered recommendations or made good suggestions that were clearly not in his own best interest. I find that quite refreshing and a big relief.

And on top of that, he really does his homework beyond just the transaction itself, from return on investment calculations to lending/mortgage guidance to insightful valuations, and everything in between.

We were so fortunate to find Tomas when searching for our home in the Redding. Tomas was so patient and informative throughout the entire process, answered every single one of our questions in a timely and professional manner. Tomas and his team were so helpful as we navigated the multi-step process of buying a home. I would recommend Tomas in a heartbeat due to his deep knowledge in the north state and the connections he has built with mortgage companies, inspectors, and everyone else. Thank you, Tomas, for being such a crucial part of our home buying process!

My husband and I were incredibly blessed and very fortunate to have found Tomas Avalos who is an agent for Remax in redding. I have to say he was very patient with me especially and such a gentleman at that! We finally found the house and bought it in October of 2025. He has kept in touch and wants to make sure that we are doing well and we are! We couldn't have found a better person to help us in our journey to find a house and a lovely house it is! Thank you Tomas for your expertise and your friendship! Bill and Bev Brandon

I highly recommend working with Tomas to find your best options. Tomas is most helpful and knowledgeable with properties in the Northstate. We was very patient with me in looking at many properties. I was interested in one particular area of Shasta County and when that didn't work out as hoped, he was amazing at finding the perfect alternative . I am very happy with where I have purchased. Thank you Tomas.
